  • Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Management and Analytics PM Team Lead to implement a data management strategy that provides insight, and transparency for business processes, organizational health and operations, business process decision-making, and facilitates exceptional teaching and learning.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Team Lead and provide technical expert in comprehensive data management, automation, and analytics.
  • Support the translation of component requirements, from the business owners to a front-end developers.
  • Oversee and support the development and implementation dashboards and analytical tools within SharePoint, O365, Salesforce, and Power BI technology suite.
  • Collaborate with component and directorate leaders to develop technical requirements for priority data-analytics use-cases to enhance existing business processes.
  • Establish a data governance program to instill data discipline with a regular oversight cadence.
  • Develop a documented data governance program via Data Governance Program Charter.
  • Plan and provide translation support for data and analytics management and data engineering support across the Enterprise.
  • Develop data and analytics front-end development applications, dashboards, reports, and other data visualization outputs according to requirements set by Feature Owners utilizing provided business intelligence tools.


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
