·       Detail-oriented and results-driven Lease Data Migration Expert who has proven record in successfully managing and executing complex Lease Servicing data migration projects. 
·       Skilled in analyzing, cleansing, and transforming lease data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process. 
·       Proven track record of meeting project deadlines, achieving data accuracy targets, and delivering exceptional results. 
·       Led end-to-end lease servicing data migration projects, including data analysis, mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation, ensuring seamless transition to new systems or platforms. 
·       Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Business, IT, legal, finance, and operations, to gather requirements, define migration scope, and develop migration strategy plans in alignment with business objectives. 
·       Identified and resolved data quality issues, discrepancies, and inconsistencies during migration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. 
·       Developed and implemented data migration strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
·       Provided training and support to end-users on accessing and utilizing migrated lease data, facilitating smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
