Data Modeling

Responsibilities:
· Relational Data Modeling:
· Design and optimize relational database structures (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
· Create data models that align with business requirements.
· SQL and PL/SQL Development:
· Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
· Develop stored procedures for data processing.
· Snowflake Development:
· Proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing.
· Experience with Snow SQL and Snowpark.
· ETL (Extract, Transform, Load):
· Build ETL pipelines using tools like SnapLogic and Informatica.
· Extract data from various sources, transform it, and load it into target systems.

Programming Skills:
· Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for scripting and automation.
· Cloud Technologies:
· Exposure to AWS cloud services for data storage and processing.
· Reporting:
· Preferred experience with Power BI for data visualization.
Qualifications:
· Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
· Relevant experience as a Data Engineer.

Technical Skills:
· Solid understanding of data modeling principles.
· Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database development.
· ETL expertise using SnapLogic or similar tools.
· Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake).
· Scripting skills in Python and JavaScript.
· Soft Skills:
· Analytical approach and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective communication and collaboration.
