  • 5+ years Healthcare IT leadership, preferably in information management, data integration, data technologies, data analytics, or DevOps.
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software development teams.
  • 7+ years of technical solutions experience.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting healthcare stakeholders and solutions for hospital operations, clinical, revenue cycle, or other relevant areas.
  • Experience mentoring and/or managing by individual development planning and SMART goal setting.
  • Has in-depth functional expertise and broad knowledge of data domain and data types used within Healthcare landscape.
  • Experience developing and supporting a team through data management solutions in a healthcare environment utilizing SDLC protocols and standards to deliver data driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from senior leaders to engineers, and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education –
• Undergraduate degree - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems or combination of education and related work experience.
Experience -
• 10+ years of technical solutions experience.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, efficiently works under pressures, within deadlines or other time essential constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly and concisely

•Possess technical depth and breadth across emerging trends and methodologies in data analytics, data engineering, and data management domains.
•Ability to lead a global, technical staff of internal resources and strategic partners. Build a high performing team through effective coaching and performance/talent management processes.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) including project plans, resource plan, risk/issue management, and business value realization.
•Responsible for managing the interactions between researchers, clinical and executive leaders, and team members delivering data and analytics to improve decision-making.
•Organizes, set priorities, assigns work, tracks progress, ensure process is followed for conversion of ETL related to Oracle-to-SQL Server.
•Experience with Epic (Clarity/Caboodle/RWB) preferred.
