Data Platform Architect (Informatica)

Job Description:
• Expected to understand master data sets and their application in complex business processes.
• Engage in complex Master Data Management projects utilizing technologies including MDM, Data Integration, and Data Modeling
• Good knowledge on various aspects of - like data ingestion/inbound configurations, data modelling, match rules, cleanse rules, survivorship rules, metadata analysis, outbound configurations
• Good knowledge on various aspects of Informatica MDM - Workflows, Web UI, business rules, user groups and authorization
• Good understanding of Data Stewardship and Governance process - Manual Merge, Hierarchy Management, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation, Survivorship etc.
• Work closely with the technical lead/Solutions Architect to ensure that MDM application is coded and configured as per design.
• Implements data and MDM development best practices
• Support SIT, UAT and Code deployment
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, 15+ years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• 10+ years' experience working in a data function or equivalent position where primary responsibility is working with data, database design and data development is the primary responsibility.
• 10+ years' of Informatica MDM technologies experience is required
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts to simple and easier terms for business leaders and users of data.
• Deep experience and expertise in designing Master Data Management solutions.
• Previous experience in several complex Master Data Management projects using Informatica MDM tools.
• Ability to design complex Master Data Management solutions, source-to-target mappings, MDM architecture design considerations and trade-offs, etc.
• Good to have knowledge on AWS cloud
• Good communication and problem-solving skills required.
