Data protection/ Backup engineer

Must Haves: Must have hands on experience with Enterprise Data Protection and Ransomware Protection products, specifically Dell DPS Suite, Avamar, Data Domain. 
Must have previous experience designing and building solutions, this is not an operations position (ex. this will not be troubleshooting failed backups) DPA & Cyber Ark would be a plus. Preference for automation, scripting, and experience with ansible.
The engineer must have solid experience and knowledge in the Dell Avamar platform, Dell Air Gap and Dell Cyber Recovery along with the other must haves listed in the must have section below. 

Qualifications:
5+ years demonstrated experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies preferred.
5+ years of engineering experience with Enterprise Data Protection and Ransomware Protection products including Dell DPS Suite, Avamar, Data Domain, in a hybrid Cloud environment.
Ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement for individual and team performance.
Communicates well within the team to set clear goals and effectively relay the status and accomplishments to management.
Must not only lead current technical trends, but also anticipate and analyze future state technologies.
Demonstrable experience automating common processes via Ansible or comparable automation tools.
Proven collaborative mindset and troubleshooting experience in order to guide the Backup Operations Center.
Previous experience with TSM or other Data Protection tools a plus.
Experience with and/or knowledge of Cyber Recovery Vault design, implementation, and administration.
AWS experience a plus.
