Qualifications & Training:            

  • Practical experience of performing data quality assurance activities 
  • Knowledge and experience of FME (was the first tool designed to be a Spatial ETL application) and MapInfo Professional   
  • Qualification in GIS or Data related discipline or equivalent professional experience

  • Is an effective communicator, able to explain relevant dataset content, any assocaited analysis results and usage to a range of audiences including non-technical staff both verbally and in a written form

  • Is responsible for the delivery of small defined components within an admin-based project

3. Self-Management

  • Can identify, isolate, and resolve simple problems within the context of their own expertise
  • Can identify where issues need to be escalated
  • Has clear understanding of their role and its interdependencies and able to operate with an agreed level of autonomy within the confines of the role

  • Participates proactively within a team environment

5. Innovation

  • Can identify and progress innovation opportunities within the scope of their role
  • Demonstrates a desire to improve their own skills
