We are seeking an experienced Data Researcher and Email Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPO, deep knowledge of US Staffing processes, and expertise in mass email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Data Research:
Identify and compile data relevant to recruitment and staffing, including potential clients and industry contacts.
Maintain and update a robust database of 200+ verified email IDs for mass mailing purposes.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns targeting clients and prospects in the US Staffing domain.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Provide data-driven insights to support lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance.
Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in RPO and US Staffing.
Proven expertise in email marketing, including campaign creation, execution, and performance analysis.
Strong database management skills with at least 200+ email IDs for mass mailing.
Proficiency in manual mass email marketing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large datasets.
