Description

Responsibilities

Consult and guide customers on analytics solutions and programs that address their business challenges and opportunities.
Understand the industry trends, best practices, and key metrics of business performance and customer satisfaction in the customer's domain.
Advise customers on what decision support systems need to be designed and implemented, including data sources, data models, data quality, data governance, data visualization, and data storytelling.
Collaborate with the delivery teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful solutions that meet the customer's expectations and requirements.
Provide thought leadership and insights on analytics trends, technologies, and methodologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as business, analytics, statistics, or computer science.
At least 10 years of experience in consulting and guiding customers on analytics solutions and programs.
At least 5 years of experience in working in the industry the customers are from, such as retail, banking, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of data strategy and solutions, including data sources, data models, data quality, data governance, data visualization, and data storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
