Job Description: -MRC Compliance Data Manager-

MRC is a documentation intense program. We are looking for someone who has the ability to compile and build a database that would be one stop location for all documentation including test results and reports

MRC Compliance Data Manager will have a good understanding of key material regulatory compliance (MRC) specific documentation (FMD, Compliance documentation), compliance test reports, has the ability to compile and build a database that would be one stop location for all documentation including test results and reports. The data manager will partner with MRC team, cross functional teams and vendors to obtain required material, component and finished unit specific documentation towards building the database. MRC Compliance Data manager is expected to have a good understanding of connecting different systems and documentation types into one centralized searchable location through programming or commercially available systems.

Responsibilities

Architect, maintain and manage MRC database system(s).

Trouble shoot any issues that may arise, oversee installation and security of the database Ensure data quality and integrity is maintained within the database and present performance/usage report to management Engage with cross functional partners, MRC SME's and program managers, engagement with external partners and suppliers to help build processes and robust data base systems.

Manage, organize and maintain large volumes of documentation for multiple/complex projects in a one-stop searchable database Manage and track analytical test results, MRC assessment reports and compliance documentation and setup a database system to track and search efficiently Work with existing systems to pull data from different systems and work within a fast paced environment Partner with cross functional team members and suppliers to obtain documentation required and build a company wide accessible data storage system Clear and effective communication with cross functional team and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Chemistry, Data Science, Engineering or related field

2+ years of project management/data base management in a corporate

2+ setting

Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively Have basic programming skills, and good understanding of different workflow, FMD systems, Agile, data storage systems and biocompatibility review process Ability to work in fast paced, collaborative, cross functional environment Excellent communication skills. Ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical audience Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box
