Job Title: Data Scientist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement data models and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources - Develop and maintain machine learning models to identify patterns and trends in large datasets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions - Communicate complex data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner - Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models and processes - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science or analytics role - Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes - Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java - Familiarity with machine learning tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Data Engineering: - Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes - Proficiency in SQL and database management - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Experience with AWS SageMaker and AzureML Studio is highly desirable - Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience with ML Tools: - Experience with machine learning tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or scikit-learn - Knowledge of different machine learning algorithms and their applications - Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques - Experience with model evaluation and performance metrics - Understanding of deep learning and neural networks is a plus We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions.
