Data Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operational Data Service Engineer/Analyst to refine our data collection processes and enhance the analysis of our service catalog applications. This role involves detailed evaluation of application criticality, configuration, and security requirements during live events to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The successful candidate will develop a real-time dashboard for continuous application monitoring and drive adoption campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune existing data gathering logic for comprehensive service catalog application analysis.
• Evaluate and identify critical applications, configurations, and security needs during live events.
• Develop and implement a real-time dashboard for ongoing application monitoring.
• Conduct detailed evaluations of application dependencies, configurations, and security prerequisites.
• Drive adoption campaigns to ensure continuous monitoring and analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in a major programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation and data debugging abilities.

Industry Experience:

• Proven experience in data science and analytics projects within complex business environments.
