Role : Data Team Lead

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Type : Full Time

Need candidate with Extremely good experience in Power BI, Agile methodology, good knowledge of ETL and has Lead experience, minimum experience should be 12 years.

Overall 12+ years of technical delivery and solution lead experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility, especially in Data warehouse data management and AI/ML platforms based on Snowflake, Talend & Power BI, and advanced analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Should act as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices.

• Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec.

• Good to have one of the following certifications: PMI Agile Certification, Safe certification, Scrum Master

• Experience with design and coding across one or more Snowflake, Talend, Power BI, and Analytical models

• Hands-on exposure to Talend and Snowflake methodologies, process, execution, and data validation projects

• Knowledge of advanced analytics using Snowflake and Azure platforms will be an added advantage.

• Good exposure to Power BI, SSRS, and SSIS

• Quickly generate and update proof of concepts for testing and team feedback

• Embrace emerging standards while promoting best practices.

• Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies to solve existing needs and predicting future challenges.

• Effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on solution design

• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.

• Proficiency in RDBMS, complex SQL, Power BI with data modeling, data transformations, DAX language, visualization, and architecture.

• Provide resolution to complex data pipeline-related problems proactively and as issues surface.

• Continuous Integration and Deployment, Source Control

• Ability to interpret technical /business objectives and challenges.

• Practices Agile Methodologies

• Must be able to Design High Availability applications.

• Working Knowledge of BI Tools like Power BI is a must.

• Know mathematical and analytics models. Understands and has experience in advanced analytics.
