Database Administration

 
**They need a DBA, with multiple-platform experience (DB2 & PostgrsSql) , that can write code and move databases to the cloud.**

This person will also need AWS and Python experience to build automation and infrastructure as code.

Essentially looking for a DBA with modern techniques with experience in Python (automation side), React and Java and AWS

Bachelor's degree preferred but equivalent work experience would be preferred
Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints (4 or more years)
Experience in database administration
Experience with AWS RDS instances 

What makes you standout:

Experience coding any of the following languages: Python, React, Java Scripting, Terraform.
Experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (Jenkins, Active Control etc.)
Experience working on more than one type of database management systems.
Experience with PostgreSQL, DB2 for Z or SQL Server preferred.
Experience tuning and writing SQL.
