Database developer

Responsibilities
• Design, development and enhancements of data related requirements from various CoreBridge managed Asset Classes (RMLs, CMLs, GRE) – In house managed applications deliver functionality for portfolio managers and executive reporting.
• Develop, implement and support new features and enhancements for business teams in managing and using their data
• Participate in all phases of database development from data-modeling to capturing, processing and creating data results as needed by business groups
• Work with various technology teams (Architecture, infrastructure, development and support) to ensure that a reliable, scalable and cost-effective data solutions are being implemented
• Support various business and IT control partner requests (Internal and external audits, security and vulnerabilities review and remediation, resiliency certifications)

Skills:
• 5+ years’ experience working with database technologies such as hashtag#microsoftsqlserver and hashtag#oracle 
• Hands on database coding/implementing experience
• Hands on experience in developing hashtag#python scripts
• Experience working with process scheduling (AutoSys)
• Experience with Data-modeling, architecture, and governance
• Experience with large data-warehouses
• Experience with hashtag#aws technologies such as hashtag#s3 , hashtag#emr , hashtag#redshift , hashtag#athena , hashtag#glue , hashtag#kinesis 
• Experience with Data Visualization tools (hashtag#powerbi , hashtag#ssrs , hashtag#tableau etc.)
• Hands-on working experience with hashtag#github , hashtag#tfs , hashtag#cicd 
• Aptitude for debugging problems in complex, unfamiliar code
• Strong written and oral communication skills
