Analyze, retrieve, configure, match, transfer, and validate data from a variety of systems’ databases to create custom reports and extracts for EHSD. Utilizing software tools, specific data will need to be merged and normalized from one or more databases. Reports will include but will not be limited to programs such as CalWORKs/Welfare-to-Work, Medi-Cal, CalFresh, and Child Care. The scope of work will include extracting data from the CalSAWS system (California’s case management system) used by the County for eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and information management.
Assist with analysis, configuration, and transfer of data in the County Information Server (CIS) to identify technical requirements and data model.
Programming and placement of data elements in tables from CalSAWS are required to create a platform for report development.
Apply industry-standard system development lifecycle, project management, data warehouse and data validation principles and methods to data analysis and report creation
