Strong Informatica , SQL , Datawarehouse and 2-3 years exp of python

Informatic is nice to have
Strong SQL/ETL (at least 6+ years)
Moving from Informatica to Automation on python/pyspark
Moving away from Autosys
They have gotten a few candidates that are lead but they don't need a lead at this time more of hands on developer
18 month and then wants to extend even further
Does not want any short projects on resumes!
Team of 70 - lot of off shore
Financial Experience is nice to have
If they love the person they will discuss rate but they have already increased

Interview:
1st round Tech Lead will do tech screen
2cd round webex or in person CLT with a panel
