Description

We are seeking a part-time Environmental Technician / Data Base Manager for our Denver, CO operations. 


The selected candidate will support Environmental Remediation projects throughout the western half of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting projects in addressing the environmental requirements related to large scale remediation, emergency response, CERCLA / Superfund removal and remedial sites, and orphaned well projects in regards to data base support.  Selected candidates will manage data collected at multi-media assessments, multimedia sampling projects, air monitoring projects, health and safety, construction oversight, methane monitoring, and biological assessments.

This is a part-time position with 20-30 hours per week.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have / be:

•    Experience with data base management, working with big data, and SQL Server Data Base Management.
•    Highly motivated, customer focused, and work well in a team environment. 
•    Excellent communication, client interaction, and organizational skills
•    Proficient with MS Office applications required.

 

Degree / Certifications
•    BA / BS Degree in an environmental field, computer science / planning or related degree

 

Work Environment
•    Office work predominately, possible field work may be required for short times <1 week at a given time to support projects.
•    Must be able to lift 35lbs.
•    You must be able drive on a regular basis.  Passing a motor vehicle record background check and maintaining a valid driver’s license and good driving record is required.
•    Passing a background check is required.
