Job Description:
Experience in working for L1 and L1.5 Windows Monitoring and Support projects.
Experience in working with Data Center and infrastructure monitoring activities.
Basic troubleshooting knowledge on Windows, Linux, Network and Database Servers Environments.
Basic Network devices troubleshooting skills and should know terminology (Router Switch, Repeater VLAN)
Experience in application monitoring – perform wellness checks and service validations.
Experience in supporting the Data Center monitoring activities.
Incident Management (Handling Tickets)
Create/Update Process and Technical documentations.
Project support willing to work in 24 x 7, Rotational shift which covers weekend shift also.
Should have good knowledge and technical skills on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communications skills (Verbal and Written)
Certifications like ITIL, MCP, MCSA, CCNA would be an added advantage.
Should be ready to adapt to new technologies and be good team player
Monitoring.
Understand Managed Services Concept and how SLA driven contracts work.
Monitoring tickets daily & ensuring that all tickets are handled immediately.
Maintaining confidentiality of date as required.
Helping the consultant with problem solving operations.
