JD for Windows Active Directory/VMware Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows Server administration, including managing server hardware and software, implementing and maintaining virtualization technologies, and troubleshooting complex server-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily administration of Windows Server infrastructure, including server hardware and software maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
Implement and maintain virtualization technologies such as VMware to support the organization's computing needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex server-related issues, including issues related to performance, security, and availability.
Work closely with Level 1 support team to provide guidance and escalate issues as necessary.
Participate in Windows Server design and implementation projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Develop and maintain server-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to Windows Server administration and virtualization.
Experience in managing LDAP/LDAPs protocols
Scripting experience using PowerShell
Installation of ESXi servers, troubleshooting complex issues, PowerCLi and Powershell scripting to manage ESXi and Virtual center related tasks in shorttime
Handle multi site Domain controllers
Administers Users, Group and Computer objects and create Group Policy using Group Policy Management Console.
Participates in data cleansing efforts including remediation of duplicate user ID’s, Directory Information Tree (DIT) redesign and modification recommendations, consolidation of Group Policy Objects, and implementation of access restrictions and auditing.
