Responsibilities:
Experience in installing, configuring and upgrading ESX/ESXi 3.x/4.x/5.x/6.x hosts. Moderate in VMware High-Availability, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, DRS, vCenter, DVS and vCenter Update Manager.
Expertise in High Availability & DR testing and creating the DR design /process documents.
Experience in OEM hardware (IBM/HP) & remote connectivity tools like ILO/DRAC/RSA.
Knowledge of VSAN and tools like VM Turbo and Veeam will be an added advantage.
Experience in managing Hyper V Landscape. Creating and Managing Virtual Hard Disks, Virtual Machines Checkpoints and Configuring Virtual Machine Networks.
Experience in Virtual Machine Movement and Hyper-V Replica.
Experience and networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls) and DHCP, DNS.
Intermediate understanding of enterprise networking concepts (VLANs, link aggregation, etc)
Intermediate understanding of storage concepts (IOPs, latency, SAN/NAS, etc.)
Work independently and as a member of a team of consultants on engagements with customers, often in a technical leadership role
Contribute to team and help to provide technical suggestions related to tickets.
Installation/Configuration of CentOS, RHEL 6. x, 7. x
Clustering setup and troubleshooting
Configuration & Troubleshooting of Open Source components like pacemaker, Corosync, DRBD, User, Group, Linux Firewall Administration
Backup of OS using native tools
Support to Application team to resolve issues.LVM configuration and Management, Package Installation, configuration, OS Hardening and Patching as per Audit requirement, Deployment/configuration of OS cluster.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
Ability and desire to learn DNS, DHCP and other product-related protocols and technology.
Experience in DC Experience - Cisco Nexus 7k, Cisco Nexus 5k, ASR, Firewall - Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Juniper, VPN and Infoblox.
Maintain data network compliance standards to agreed levels.
Experience in deploying and managing Azure and AWS Instances.
Experience in setting up large-scale AD infrastructure.
Experience in troubleshooting complex GPO and AD replication issues
Experience in troubleshooting AD / DHCP / DNS / SCCM issues
Strong expertise in Creating and managing ADFS environments
Experience in managing Office 365 messaging and collaboration platform
Application deployment using SCCM for a minimum user base of 1000
Ability to use Power shell to convert regular tasks to automatable once
Setting up and troubleshooting Windows cluster services
Installing / upgrading Windows server operating systems with Varied server functions
DFS installation and management expedites
Patch deployment administration and troubleshooting with solutions like WSUS or Big fix
Configure and maintain Azure IaaS Virtual Machines, Azure Application and Networking Services to support Cloud operations.
Deploying and configuring HUB and Spoke networks for different environment.
Deploying and managing VPN’s and Express route for cloud operation
Managing public and private IP addresses for VMs and for Azure resources
Configure and maintain Security devices like Application gateway, traffic Manager, load balancers, Azure front door and Firewalls.
Configure and manage backup and restore policy.
Experience in migrating infra services and Applications from On prem to Azure.
Knowledge on Windows registry and experience in modifying the same.
Essential Skills:
Must have 4 to 6 years of overall IT experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in overall O365 administration primarily including
Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD synchronization.
Troubleshooting and monitoring of Azure AD connect.
Managing and ensuring availability of Office365 services (Skype for Business), Exchange Online (email, calendar, tasks), O365 Administration using Office365 Admin Console and Office365 Command Shell.
Managing user accounts and user licenses through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform or Windows PowerShell cmdlets.
Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
Creating or managing requests related to Office 365
Support Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online users using MS Office Outlook 2016 and OWA.
Mailbox management like Mailbox permission, delegation, quota management, mail tracking, and mail transport rule creation/modification.
Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Office 365 services like, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online & Active Directory
Must have Certification in MCSA: Office 365 and MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert
