Handle 1st and 2nd level support cases professionally and independently via CRM, phone and email
Provide excellent, dedicated and proactive support service
Perform deep problem investigation into system logs and behaviour
Provide technical guidance and solutions to the company's customers and partners, problem reproduction and lab simulations
Work with higher tier support teams and travel to customer sites according to need.
All while maintaining direct contact with key customers in the APAC/EMEA region off-site and on-site to assure customer satisfaction and success. Serving APAC/EMEA customers but with opportunities to serve and travel globally.
Working in 9-hour shifts according to coverage needs mainly aimed to cover APAC and EMEA regions but may include other regions or Key Accounts. The position includes Weekend shifts and on-call duty as part of 24x7 global coverage.
What you should have
At least 3-5 years hands-on experience in cyber security domain and/or product line
3+ years of experience in DDoS mitigation and incident response.
Knowledge of emerging DDoS trends such as multi-vector attacks, IoT botnets, and application-layer DDoS.
Experience supporting security product line for Tier 1 ISP/Mobile operators
Hands-on experience in IDS/IPS, Malware protection, Endpoint security
Strong knowledge of tools such as Snort, Wireshark, Splunk.
At least 2+ years of experience on Supporting Applications on Cloud Platforms such as Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
Hands-on experience in PKI, SSL/TLS Certificate based authentication, IPSec / SSL VPN
Detailed understanding of Cyber security best practices, threats, attack types, Phishing, Malware, Ransomware
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and operation (CentOS\RedHat preferred).
Strong hands-on working knowledge of TCP/IP networks, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, packet sniffing and traffic generation.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technologies and technical environments.
Leadership and team collaboration skills to manage cross-functional security teams during incident response.
Excellent communicator written and spoken in English spoken and writing skills – a must.
