Basic to Intermediate knowledge of AWS deployments

AWS Based BOT Troubleshooting knowledge

Expert knowledge in designing optimum solution through BOTs to ensure simplest design, optimum runtime, crisp communication in cases of exception etc

Working knowledge of BOTs either through Ui Path, Automation Anywhere etc. or scripts through Java,.Net, Python etc

Ensure Regular Performance & Progress Review & Regular feedback/Reporting to Digital Organization team on progress

Facilitating technological solutions to the problems/situations coming up/arising during development phase

Create a timeline for project implementation in consultation with the vendor while keeping the business requirements in mind & ensure adherence of the same

Work closely with Change Management Team to facilitate changes arising out of the various ideation initiatives

Liaison with Infra, Admin & Business SME to provide necessary support to vendor for PoC, support, Administrative management, etc (contract, billing etc.

Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for support automations & implement them

Coordinate with Vendors, Business & Auditors for any Audits
