• Designation: Technical Delivery Manager 
• Role: Responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects, products, or services to clients while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. This role involves overseeing project teams, coordinating resources, and implementing effective project management methodologies to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations. 
• Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project objectives, scope, and timelines. 
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. 
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and understanding their needs and expectations. 
• Communicate project status, progress, and potential challenges to clients in a clear and timely manner. 
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular project updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns. 
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions to project timelines and deliverables. 
• Proactively address issues and roadblocks to ensure project success. 
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and client communication. 
• Generate comprehensive project reports for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Managing multiple projects and related delivery 
• Monitor the revenue, profitability, utilization, operational efficiencies 
• People management, motivation, R&R. 
• Establish the best practices, process in the project to improve productivity and operational efficiency 
• Ensure timely delivery and better-quality delivery of multiple projects. 
• Compliance with the client and internal process 
• Good people management skills, Support hiring, ensure to timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. 
• Job Requirement: 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 10-13 years of experience in project management or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery-focused position. 
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent communication skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges. 
• Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks is highly desirable. 
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Experience in industries such as software development, IT services, consulting, or project-based environments is a plus. 
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage. 
• Strong interpersonal and Good People management skills. 
• Lead and Drive the new proposals for new opportunities.
