Description

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and understand the existing Delphi code.
Identify and fix existing issues within the code.
Implement enhancements to improve the functionality and performance of the application.
Create comprehensive documentation for the code, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and design documents.
Propose a detailed plan for migrating the application to the latest MS.Net stack.
Assist the client in the migration process of the application to the new platform.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Delphi programming.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience working with Delphi applications.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
