Job Title: Deputy PM/Operations Manager - Federal Projects

Qualifications:
- 10+ years managing large, complex IT projects/operations akin to the scope of this contract.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
- Possess a project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PMgP), or equivalent Government certification.
- Proven experience managing projects within environments like the CMS environment.
- Proficient in managing and supervising employees of various labour categories in projects of similar size and scope.
- Ability to implement innovative approaches to fulfil requirements and improve services or cut costs using current technologies.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proven leadership of complex tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, compliance with industry 'best practices,' and CMS standards.
- Experience translating contract requirements into project plans and milestones, directing and implementing plans, and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to Government managers.
- Familiarity with the CMS acquisition environment.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with experience briefing executive, managerial, and technical staff.
