3. Should be comfortable to work on MS software/e-mails.

4. Should be able to initialize / complete a working drawing set.

5. Should have conceptual clarity on structures and other interior details.

6. Should have good conversation skills to be able to work with vendors and clients for effective project management.

7. Should be able to independently handle interiors/architectural projects.

8. Should know how to use for 3D software and 3D modelling.

9. Should be capable of making photo realistic work.

10. Should have quality of Foresightness.

11. Should be able to analyze codes.
