Design Engineer

Role Requirements: 
 Engineering degree or significant professional experience 
 Total of 5–6 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Design Engineer in automotive seating design.
 Proficiency in English; knowledge of the customer's language is a plus Expert in CAD software, UGNX 
 In-depth knowledge of CAD methodology, best practices, and tooling Extensive experience in automotive seating, interiors, exteriors, and acoustic design.
 Familiarity with program-specific tools and methods such as Tolerance Stack, DFMEA, and CAE.
 Problem-solving expertise with exposure to 8D and QRCI.
 Strong strategic and analytical skills.
 Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.

Must-Have Skills: 
 Complete Seat Design 
 UGNX proficiency
