- Deskside Management, Touch Support, Local IT, Imaging, O365 Support, Investigate and troubleshoot software and desktop issues.
- Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
- Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues
- Windows OS, MacBook support
- Zscaler troubleshooting
- Provide hands-on technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues at the desktop level
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents related to desktop and user support.
Set up and deploy new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for end-users
