Responsibilities:

  • You will represent the human face of IT technology to all office users in our offices.
  • Supporting the Arm global users on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems.
  • Accountable for the support of technology however and wherever it is used by the people you support!

Required Skills and Experience :

  • Experience working in a geographically diverse organization.
  • Provide dedicated support to key decision-makers and the wider community.
  • Personalize work and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Have hands-on technical experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux.
  • Have strong IT asset management knowledge and experience.
  • Work to tight SLAs and KPIs while focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Domain, DNS, DHCP, and cloud technologies.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have at least 5+ years of front-line hands-on online support experience.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Possessing an ITIL Foundation certification or having a good knowledge of ITIL principles is desirable.
