Job Description

 

Tech Skill: 

  • Azure AD Hybrid Env Admin:
    • Access Management,
    • build and register devices to AD.
    • Trouble shooting a. &b. Activities.
  • M365 support
    • Basic troubleshooting of office products (Outlook, word, excel, Power point)
    • OneDrive,
    • SharePoint
    • MS Teams
  • MDM Intune:
    • Managing devices in Intune
  • Laptops
  • Smart Phones
  • Intune (Windows) Autopilot
    • Building / rebuilding laptops using autopilot policies.
    • Understanding of step-by-step process
  • Video Conferencing room support – Logitech, MS teams
    • Logitech rally Kit, Bar support.
    • Microsoft Teams rooms support (MTR)
  • Desktop/Laptop Setup
    • Building / rebuilding laptops
    • b. Desk setup (Power /Network)
  • Hands & Feet- Server/Data Rooms
    • Patch Panel Network cabling
    • Physical server support
  • Service Now user experience
    • Basic knowledge of the tool – Incident, Problem, Change , service request & Asset mgmt. module.
