Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Desktop Engineering:
    • Test and partner with colleagues to implement best practice processes in the Desktop Area (such as testing software packages, imaging, etc.)
    • Review of weekly and monthly reports as check and balances to ensure that correct processes are being followed
    • Correct deficient processes within area of responsibility and works with other team members for resolutions for wider ranging problems.
    • Responsible for coordinating with the site business partner to install printers (large Multi-function printers) in some of our remote locations.  This will be done virtually.  
  • Project Work
    • Assists team members as needed in regards to obtaining business requirements, researching new hardware and software solutions from IT and client Business Partners.
  • Business and Vendor Relationships
    • Acts as an IT Liaison to our end user community at our remote sites, including determining relevant topics to be addressed for different types of sites and conducting recurring virtual meetings.  (Primarily for our Zone Offices and Area Training Centers)
