Job Description:

Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, including e-mail, printing, wireless and wired network connectivity, phones, VPN, application support, etc.
Providing desk side and Remote support for hardware and end user software issues
Provide 2nd level support for Microsoft Server and Active Directory for end users, application and administration teams. 
Involvement in active directory related issues and activities
Providing support and assistance to access related issues and activities
Good Team player and working experience with offshore India team is preferred
CCNA, ITIL or/and MCSE, Comp TIA A+, equivalent level professional certification preferred
