Description

  • 5+ years' experience in a desktop engineering role. Must possess a deep knowledge and understanding of Windows 10 operating system, (UEM experience, SCCM, KACE Ivanti, BigFix)
  • 5+ years' experience with SCCMIvanti LANDesk application packaging, deployments, and maintaining task sequences, and deploying Windows updates
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field preferred
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Concepts
  • Knowledge and training in Windows Desktop/Server Operating Systems and knowledge of best practices in a production environment
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and/or other common Windows administration sub-systems
  • Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues at desktop, server, and network level
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users
  • Help document procedures for future growth
  • Familiarity with the Linux operating system and computing environment would be a big plus
  • Experience with Powershell is required
  • Experience with InTune or another EMM system would be a plus
  • Experience in scripting automation using PowerShell
