Desktop Support Engineer

Role Description

This is a contract role as a Desktop Support Engineer. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to desktop computers, technical support, printer support, troubleshooting, and computer hardware. The role is an on-site position located in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

Candidate needs to be working onsite at client lab at Bentonville, Arkansas.
Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of experience in setting up and maintaining windows servers/PCs etc.
Candidate should have knowledge on:
Network knowledge (OSI network, TCP/IP)
Application stacks, Windows & Linux servers
Storage, CPU monitoring etc.
Candidate should have hands on experience to stand up boxes (Windows server, PCs etc.), apply Win11 images, troubleshoot issues and resolve by coordinating with other teams.

Additional beneficial skills and qualifications in areas such as networking, software support, and mobile device support would be a plus.
