Job Description:
- Provide user support and technical assistance for workstations and laptops running Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and MAC OS platforms remotely and desk-side
- Installation of client software like Microsoft Office, Java, various compilers etc.
- Creating Profiles to users for customizing desktop settings
- Create, modify and delete user accounts in Active Directory and on the Exchange server
- Desktop Support/ troubleshooting up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems
- Install, configure and maintain the regular updates of Antivirus/ EDR.
- Install, Configure and Troubleshoot various PC Hardware Components.
- Creating and building Helpdesk knowledgebase
- Performing IT orientations, good knowledge on Auto pilot tools
- Assume responsibility and ensure that computers and printers are ready for use
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience is highly desirable.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with remote teams, ability to work with customers directly, and must be willing to travel to customer locations in US as needed.
