Oversee the management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices across the organization.
Develop and enforce standards for hardware, operating systems, software applications, and configurations.
Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Proven track record of successfully leading EUC initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering results that meet business objectives.
Advanced printer/peripheral device setup & troubleshooting.
Provide escalated technical support to users of desktops and laptops, printers, Google Suite, and Bomgar.
Configure & troubleshoot Operating Systems and Office Applications.
Perform direct hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for end-user troubles, application service interruptions, and issues.
Extensive diagnostic information gathering, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution.
Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End-user Systems.
Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Digital Certificates configuration on end-user systems.
Installing and Configuring VPNs on end-user systems.
Troubleshooting basic network-related issues and WIFI issues.
Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
Requesting and coordinating vendor support.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft Office versions and other authorized desktop applications.
Resolved system-related problems, software installations, antivirus updates, and other tasks as required.
