We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of Desktop Support role to work in Manhattan, New York

Job Overview :

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be the first line of support. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensure that all systems are running smoothly, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless tech experience for our staff.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop problems, including operating system and application issues.
  • Set up and configure new hardware and software.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of network printers and other peripherals.
  • Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
  • Ensure all support activities are performed with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
