Role: Desktop Support

Duration: 12+ month contract

Location: Onsite 3 days a week in NYC, 2 days remote (10017) vaccine required

Hours: 8:30-5:30

White Glove service

Should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Stack

Experience with OS 365, Sharepoint, Intune, ServiceNow

DHCP, VPN tunnels, MAM policies

Knowledge of Bloomberg terminals- big plus

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems

Good customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
