• Tier 1 hardware and software troubleshooting
• Good customer service experience and ability to explain technical issues to non techni
cal folks
• AV troubleshooting
• Printer troubleshooting
• Desk set ups
• Other tasks as assigned by IT

Required Technical Experience:
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS

• Experience with Dell and Lenovo laptops

• Troubleshooting experience with O365, Zoom, VPN, WiFi
