Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance to other data processing personnel on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, systems control parameter.
  • Hardware inventory management
  • Equipment imaging
  • Software installation
  • Rollout equipment
  • User migration
  • Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, MFD (Client preferably), Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.
  • Trouble shoot IT issues, including identification, documentation, distribution and resolution.
  • May assess if new products and services are followed and suggest enhancements to Senior Management.
