Job Description:

  • Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, LAB, Camera, PC Refresh.
  • Machine configuration/Software break-fix (Windows OS-Apple IOS) Deskside support services (deskside and remote) Hardware break/fix (Client-Dell-Apple). Onsite hardware repair
  • Client incident updates (in person/on the phone/ Service Now) Process parts ordering and returns.
  • Experience min 2-3 years of related work, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
  • Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
  • Consultative approach to solving issues
  • A+, Client, Dell certifications is plus and Software/hardware break-fix support experience
