Description

Job Description:

  • Power up, install Windows updates and drivers, install any required applications
  • Install, move, add and change (“IMAC”) the device in ServiceNow.
  • Re-box the devices
  • Create shipping labels and fix to box
  • Ship the devices to end-user
  • Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool 

TOP 2 required skills:

  • Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365).
