Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide remote desktop assistance and support over the telephone.
  • Ensure all computers and networks are backed up, safe, and secure.
  • Deploy security updates across servers and computers.
  • Guide staff in using the company’s computer programs and adhering to security standards.
  • Install, setup, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers for end users.

 
Must-have skills:

  • Experience in Service Desk and Desktop Support for PC and Mac.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills for both technical and non-technical users.
  • Associate’s degree in computer technology or equivalent technical training.


 

Education

Any Graduate
