  • Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software images, Win98 a plus, IMAC tasks, no on-call.
  • Desktop Support experience (Windows 10 and Office 365).
  • Experience min 2 years of related work, or AA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
  • Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
  • A+ certification is a plus
