Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues.
  • Providing updates to management as needed.
  • Driving Required because technician has to travel between multiple 6 locations during week (ZIPs: 77018,77065,77074,77034,77037,77568,77074)

TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have:

  • Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing

The following is MUST:

  • Field Tech experience
  • client facing/executive customer service.
  • Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site.
  • Warranty Dell support.

Certification Requirements:

  • A+/Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac
