Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues.
- Providing updates to management as needed.
- Driving Required because technician has to travel between multiple 6 locations during week (ZIPs: 77018,77065,77074,77034,77037,77568,77074)
TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have:
- Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
The following is MUST:
- Field Tech experience
- client facing/executive customer service.
- Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site.
- Warranty Dell support.
Certification Requirements:
- A+/Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac
