Iowa Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (IWD-VRS) is looking for a desktop support technician as part of the IVRS IT Help Desk. This position will serve IVRS staff by providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 to IVRS staff and leadership. The work includes troubleshooting technical issues, communicating with non-technical users, and escalating issues where appropriate. This position will also assist in installing software, imaging computers, and other related tasks as assigned.This role will work closely with others in IT. Communication will be essential to execute work in a timely manner.
