Key Responsibilities

 

Provide support for End User Requests for all local Volvo Customers.

 

Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service Levels

 

Ensure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional way

 

Be the natural contact for end-users regarding questions around equipment orders

 

Troubleshoot and resolve system and order issues.

 

Provide or assist in reporting requests on as needed basis.

 

Essential Skills And Experience

 

A minimum of three years of IT experience

 

Excellent Analytical skills

 

Good Microsoft O365 Suite knowledge

 

Excellent Dutch and English language required Demonstrated team player with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently. Self-started and driven individual.
