Job Description
Minimum 3-4 years of Experience in Field Support
Shift timings - 7 AM to 4 PM. Looking for onsite support only.
Willing to travel to other sites from your Home base located around 2 hours driving distance
Willing to travel to other locations for Training purpose
Responsible for troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service on designated equipment's.
Experience in handling and troubleshooting Hardware devices like Desktops, Laptops, Mobile phones, Tablets, iPad, Printers.
Responsible for leading installation activities within the assigned area, ensuring safety and quality measures are taken.
Maintain proper preventative maintenance procedures at on-site location.
Demonstrates a broad knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts (with a focus on Microsoft)
Physical Effort: Generally required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Able to work flexible hours and be available for emergency response on short notice
Solid team and people skills
Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills
