This opening is within one of the teams in our Fulfillment Service Technologies Domain. Fulfillment Services is centered around providing solutions to ensure that our customer's orders are completed accurately in the expected timeframe and at the lowest possible cost. Our software is utilized by our associates so that they can provide our customers with a Full, Fresh, and Friendly experience.
 
 
Be willing and able to work:
- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in one of our 6 Hub locations (Boca Raton, FL; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Portland, OR; or San Jose, CA)
- Thursday and Friday remotely
- All days above regularly expected to be available during the team's business hours
 
Support our Team Leadership by:
- Helping to ensure that incoming work definitions aim to describe problems, not solutions
- Working with technical leaders in the team to ensure that the system evolves according to the intended direction
 
Providing occasional "Feature Leadership" that involves:
- Translating the business problem into the behavioral specification that will verify it has been solved
- Helping the rest of the team plan the necessary work tasks to meet the specification
- Adjusting the plan regularly as needed to deliver the right value at the right time
 
Provide occasional on-call support for our service as part of a regular support rotation
